Differential Pressure Controller

Advantages of controlling the dust blowing valve by differential pressure:
Saves compressed air, saves electricity, due to not operating continuously.
Optimizes the service life of the dust filter bags because the dust shaking process is more effective.
Disadvantages:
- The initial investment cost for manufacturing the dust filtering system will be higher due to the mechanical components and associated equipment.
- The differential pressure dust blowing valve control circuit is more expensive than conventional dust blowing valve control circuits.
- Setting parameters and calibrating are more complex.
- How to set the parameters for the differential pressure dust blowing valve control circuit?
- First, determine the input parameters of the filtering system: Number of filter chambers, number of cylinders, number of pulse valves for each chamber.
- Connect the control wires for the cylinder and dust blowing valves to the circuit, according to the attached operating instructions diagram to ensure accuracy. In addition, the clean air chamber should be connected to the blue air line and the dirty air chamber to the red line according to the circuit's default. The external contact points should be connected if necessary.
- The voltage of the pulse valve (dust blowing valve 220V or 24V) is important. To order the correct circuit, power supply for the circuit needs to be 220VAC.
What type of filter bag is it PE, PPS, NOMEX, PTFE,... with or without a PTFE coating, what are the filtering specifications of the fabric?
- The step to adjust the parameters on the differential pressure circuit: First, turn on the power supply to the circuit. Then set the parameters by pressing the FUNCTION button to navigate the parameter positions and turn the black knob to increase or decrease the parameter (Refer to the values above).
- Evaluate the actual operating results and adjust according to needs.
During long-term use, the filtration efficiency of the fabric may change or the dust concentration and dust flow may increase,... we need to reset the parameters to ensure effective operation.
